We seek a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager (Content Creator) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will develop and implement our social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage our online presence across various platforms. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media marketing in the study abroad and travel industry. If you're passionate about digital storytelling, know how to leverage trends to boost engagement, and can create visually appealing, high-quality content that resonates with our audience, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute monthly content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok • Create engaging social media content (images, reels, videos, captions, stories) that align with brand messaging • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) to optimize content strategy - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our real estate projects. - Curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. - Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategy. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with overall marketing and sales objectives. - Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective. - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach our target audience and achieve specific marketing goals.

- Experience: in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related role - Content Creation Skills: experience in filming, editing, and producing Reels/short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva. - Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. - Paid Ad Management: Experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Knowledge of ad targeting, budgets, and performance tracking. - Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of current social media trends, memes, and viral content. - Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm unique, innovative, and youth-centric content ideas. - Analytical Skills: Ability to track, interpret, and report social media metrics. - Community Management: Experience in engaging with online audiences and handling customer inquiries/comments professionally. - Basic Graphic Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Capcut, or similar tools to create eye-catching visuals, and team collaboration with our in-house designer to provide them with clear creative directions to create content. - Excellent Communication: Strong writing skills for captions, ad copy, and storytelling.
