We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media strategy. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic and conversions across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging, high-quality content including text posts, images, videos, and stories
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics in collaboration with the marketing team
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Analyze data and generate weekly/monthly performance reports
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to support campaigns
- Run paid social media ad campaigns and track ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Experience with content creation and digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent writing, communication, and time-management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics
- Experience with influencer marketing and user-generated content (a plus)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social listening tools
- Familiarity with video editing platforms like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere Rush
