Job Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a passion for digital marketing and a keen eye for creativity. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in an agency setting, and the ability to manage multiple clients efficiently. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies while ensuring brand consistency and engagement across various platforms.

Salary Package: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients.
• Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each brand’s identity.
• Coordinate with the design team to develop creative assets, including images, videos, and graphics.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging social media platforms to ensure innovative strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and tailor content accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Experience in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
• Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools.
• Basic design skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
