Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Ownership — Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Maintain brand voice, consistency, and identity across all platforms. Own the social calendar — from planning to publishing.
- Content & Creative Development — Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging social content (static, video, reels, stories, carousels, etc.).
- Lead ad creative design for paid campaigns — Stay on top of industry trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Performance Marketing — Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others. Manage budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure performance KPIs are met. Conduct A / B testing of creatives, audiences, and formats to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Brand Perspective & Growth — Drive organic community growth and engagement across platforms. Track brand sentiment, audience insights, and deliver monthly reporting on both qualitative and quantitative results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and performance marketing.
- Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Proven track record of running successful paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and trend-spotting abilities.
- Data-driven mindset — ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Ownership mentality — proactive, creative, and results-focused.
- Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
- Prior experience in startup / fast-paced environments.
