Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy & Ownership — Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Maintain brand voice, consistency, and identity across all platforms. Own the social calendar — from planning to publishing.
  • Content & Creative Development — Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging social content (static, video, reels, stories, carousels, etc.).
  • Lead ad creative design for paid campaigns — Stay on top of industry trends, viral formats, and competitor activities to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Performance Marketing — Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and others. Manage budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure performance KPIs are met. Conduct A / B testing of creatives, audiences, and formats to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Brand Perspective & Growth — Drive organic community growth and engagement across platforms. Track brand sentiment, audience insights, and deliver monthly reporting on both qualitative and quantitative results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure campaigns align with overall brand strategy.
