We are a fast-growing fashion brand dedicated to inspiring confidence and style through bold, trend-setting designs. We're looking for a creative, fashion-forward, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and help bring our brand to life online.

About the Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you will serve as the digital voice of our brand. You’ll craft compelling content, engage with our online community, and execute social strategies that capture our aesthetic and drive brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a creative social media strategy aligned with current fashion trends and business goals
  • Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
  • Design and curate visually engaging content (photo and video) to reflect brand identity
  • Leverage storytelling to foster emotional connections with our audience
  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve
  • Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to grow community presence
  • Create and manage a content calendar, including Instagram grids and Reels planning
  • Track key performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase engagement and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong photography, content creation, and editing skills (portfolio or samples required)
  • Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics
  • Passion for fashion with a strong sense of aesthetics and style
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
  • Background in digital marketing, branding, or PR
  • Video editing skills for Reels, TikToks, and short-form content
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Planoly, Hootsuite, etc.)
