Overview
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in the Fintech and Investment sector. The ideal candidate will manage the companys social media presence, create high-performing campaigns across META (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn, and work closely with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategies for META Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads to achieve business objectives.
- Create schedule and optimize engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Manage influencer partnerships including identification, outreach, negotiation and campaign execution.
- Monitor, track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals, copy and videos aligned with brand messaging.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools and best practices relevant to Fintech and Investment sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant digital communities and industry thought leaders.
- Report regularly to senior management on campaign performance, ROI and social media growth strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of social media management experience, preferably in Fintech, Investment or Financial Services.
- Proven expertise in running and optimizing campaigns on META Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in influencer management and executing influencer-driven campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Experience in growth marketing, lead generation or paid performance campaigns.
- Knowledge of Fintech or financial investment products and their target audiences.
