Role Overview
As a strategic and brand-minded Social Media Manager you will lead the development and execution of UAS International Trip Support’s social presence across corporate and executive channels. This is a pivotal role in anchoring Digital Transformation and enabling our evolution toward data-driven digital marketing, while upholding the integrity of the UAS global brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand-Driven Social Media Leadership
- Develop and execute a platform-specific social media strategy that reflects UAS’ strategic brand positioning, voice, and global presence.
- Manage social presence across all relevant platforms.
- Own the Executive Management’s social profiles, crafting thought-leadership narratives and curating high-level content in line with UAS brand values.
Content & Community Management
- Create compelling multimedia content (copy, graphics, reels, executive quotes, short-form videos) aligned with brand and audience expectations.
- Maintain consistent visual and tonal identity across all touchpoints.
- Actively engage with audiences and foster meaningful online community interaction.
Performance & Funnel Integration
- Align social media efforts with marketing funnel objectives to support demand generation and brand visibility.
- Track, analyse, and report on KPIs using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc., optimizing based on insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to amplify campaigns, events, partnerships, and initiatives.
Strategic Growth Path
- Support integration with Performance Marketing and CRM platforms to align content efforts with digital lead generation and ROI tracking.
- Contribute to the development of a centralized brand playbook.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years’ experience in social media management, ideally in a global B2B, aviation, or luxury services context.
- Proven experience in building brand-centric strategies and executive content.
- Advanced proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut (or similar creative tools).
- Strategic understanding of marketing funnel mechanics and performance content.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a refined tone for corporate and C-suite audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events or content creation opportunities.
