- Handling all the accounts the agency has and ensuring deliverables are on time.
- Setting up clear goals for the accounts in terms of performance indicators and metrics.
- Increasing engagement rigorously through captions, polls, contests, giveaways, and other activities.
- Ensuring the feed meets the brand guidelines and mood-board of the brand.
- Running campaigns with clear goals and defining the objectives of each campaign.
- Staying active with trends in the social media industry and integrating them.
- Communicating with followers, responding to queries, and replying to comments in a timely manner.
- Conducting periodic account audits and making appropriate decisions for brand visibility.
- Connecting with the design team and providing ideas based on competition and industry standards.
