Join a leading company as a marketing intern focusing on social media strategies. This 6-month unpaid internship provides hands-on experience in influencer marketing and campaign execution, enhancing your skills in a dynamic environment. The Opportunity
This Dubai-based internship offers hands-on experience in shaping social media and influencer marketing strategies for some of the most iconic fragrance brands, including Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera, and Rabanne. Reporting to the Digital and Media Manager, the intern will support key marketing initiatives in social media listening, content ideation, influencer collaboration, and campaign execution. By leveraging analytical insights and creativity, the mission is to enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced marketing environment.
What you will learn:
Communication and media strategy
Meeting with media agency, and our key paid media partners (Tik Tok, Snapchat).
Usage of Social listening tools
Influencer marketing, plan, implementation, ROI analysis
Brand building in collaboration of plans, cascading down strategy from our Global teams

This is an unpaid, 6-month internship with the possibility of extension.
What you'll get to do
Social media listening, identify key trends and bring innovative content and plans (using infernal and Social Media platforms tracking tools - paid & organic)
Social media listening, identify key advocates, ambassadors which whom we could collaborate and already talking about our brands
Distribute social media report to marketing team and digital team
Lead micro influencer product seeding strategy (Key Commercial period, new launches)
Lead macro influencer product seeding strategy (birthday, wedding anniversary, etc)
Assist in executing paid influencer campaign
We'd love to meet you if you have
Candidate is in their 3rd or final year of a Marketing, Communications or PR degree.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong Communication and organization skills
Passion for social media & knowledge of social platforms
Creativity led mind-set
Analytical skills, understanding how to come with creative solutions from a data & performance analysis base
Fluent in English & Arabic
