Job summary

Cocolily Chocolates in Dubai is seeking a creative Social Media & Marketing Manager to own our brands’ social media and digital marketing. You will plan campaigns, create content, identify opportunities and continuously bring new ideas to grow and improve our brands.

You will manage Instagram and TikTok accounts, develop monthly content calendars and campaigns, shoot and edit photos/videos, coordinate content shoots, and stay on top of platform trends to keep our presence fresh and engaging.

• Manage and grow Instagram and Tik Tok accounts
• Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative concepts for product launches, events, collaborations and brand moments
• Proactively bring new content and campaign ideas
• Create engaging Reels, Tik Toks, Stories and social-first content
• Shoot and edit photo/video content when required
• Plan and coordinate larger content shoots
• Stay on top of Instagram/Tik Tok trends and understand what performs on each platform
• Manage and optimise paid social media advertising; Monitor content and ad performance and recommend improvements
• Keep accounts active, relevant and consistently engaging
