Qualifications

The Marketing Team

We’re a team of brand builders, content creators, and growth drivers, always thinking about the next post, story and conversation that will engage our community.

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who is social-obsessed, data-driven and on top of trends, ready to turn ideas into content that connects with our growing community across the region.

What you’ll do :

  • Research and track the latest social media trends, sounds, and formats
  • Write clear, catchy captions in English and Arabic
  • Schedule and post content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Plan and manage weekly content calendars
  • Monitor post performance and share insights to optimise future content
  • Engage with the community by replying to comments and DMs in Stake’s tone of voice
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure scroll-stopping visuals
  • Share competitor and trend insights to keep Stake’s content fresh
  • Bring a proactive mindset to test new formats and ideas

What we’re looking for :

  • 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience
  • Strong English and Arabic writing skills for captions and post copy
  • Up-to-date with trends on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with analytics and basic performance tracking
  • Ability to manage deadlines and content schedules

Nice to have :

  • Interest in fintech, investing or real estate
  • Basic Canva or Figma skills for resizing or adapting assets
  • Light video editing skills on Capcut for Reels or TikToks
