Spartan is looking for a creative and organised freelance Social Media Executive to support the brands growing digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media has a keen eye for trends and is confident creating content that connects with audiences.

You ll work closely withthe rest of the team to help manage day-to-day posting create engaging content and keep our community active and engaged across platforms.


Requirements

You ll be responsible for creating engaging short-form video and visual content that reflects Spartan s tone style and energy. You should be fast plugged into trends and able to turn around high-quality content with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film and edit short-form content for Instagram TikTok and other platforms

  • Write captions post content and manage the publishing schedule

  • Actively manage community interactions (DMs comments tags etc.)

  • Monitor trends and suggest new creative ideas regularly

  • Track performance and report key metrics to the team

  • Maintain a consistent visual and brand tone across all output

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a social media or content role

  • Strong understanding of Instagram TikTok Facebook and other platforms

  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva CapCut or similar tools)

  • Solid communication time management and attention to detail

  • Proactive enthusiastic and able to work independently
