Social Media Executive Arabic fluency required

Responsibilities
- Actively manage client's social media pages, including responding to fans, moderating pages, and pro-actively engaging with users.
- Enhance client’s public image through its social media platforms.
- Act as a focal point to ensure communication between the client and their customers is managed efficiently.
- Perform activities based on clients' needs and requirements, such as listening, monitoring, or proactive engagement.
- Ensure the KPIs agreed with the client are achieved.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of social media platforms.
- Achieve high-quality results with only general supervision.
- Effectively communicate the company’s mission.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, public relations, journalism, or any relevant field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills; computer literacy (MS Office tools).
