At Babyshop, how you communicate is just as important as what you communicate. We're on the hunt for a confident Social Bee — a creative thinker, a doer, and a collaborator who’s ready to help us bring bold ideas to life across our social platforms.

We're building a team that’s fast-moving, fun, and fiercely passionate about storytelling — and we need someone who’s just as obsessed with the details as they are with the big picture.

What You’ll Work On:

From launching new fashion and seasonal collections to running heartwarming Back-to-School campaigns that reconnect with your inner child, baby & mom related campaigns — creativity is at the heart of what we do.

You’ll help bring to life high-impact moments like White Wednesday offers (yes, unleash that creative beast), and collaborate on campaigns that celebrate iconic global brands like Disney, Barbie, and more.

Oh, and not to brag (well, maybe just a little)...we’ve got award-winning campaigns under our belt. With a 50-year legacy and an omni-channel presence across 14 countries around the world, you’ll be working on projects that shape conversations, inspire communities, and build brand love.

Main Duties & Responsibilities in a Nutshell:

  • Execute and optimize paid social campaigns, including creative & copywriting (FB/IG/Tiktok/Snapchat/LinkedIn/YouTube).
  • Execute and optimize influencer marketing activations through our AOR partners.
  • Work cross-functionally to create paid ads & influencer activations that collaborates with email, PR, ecom, and other advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand management, external partners and creative teams to surface campaign insights and support overarching business goals.
  • Analyze and report out metrics on a regular cadence to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends within the paid social landscape.
  • Assume leadership of special projects as needed including expanding to new channels.

You’ll drive cool, on-brand shoots (from everyday posts to big campaigns), team up with our top talented creatives, and bring fresh energy to everything we share. You’ll also collaborate with agencies, manage budgets, and keep our brand looking sharp across all platforms.

Voice of the brand: Influencers & UGC

If you have some mom friends this is your chance to spend more time with them. Stay plugged into the latest social trends and tools. You'll scout, build, and manage a killer network of creators for collabs that spark buzz, boost brand love, and keep us front and center. Think smart partnerships, standout content, and always-on brand vibes.

Data = The New Cool: Reporting

You’re not just posting — you’re tracking what works. Dive into performance data, spot trends, and turn insights into smart moves. From daily reports to big-picture strategy, your eye for analytics helps shape what’s next for us as Babyshop (and keeps us ahead of the game).

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in paid & organic social, experience working in a B2C or agency environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Arabic.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, META, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn as well as listening tools such as Sprinklr, Emplifi, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics or related fields.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.
  • Ability to think on your feet and work independently with limited resources on multiple tasks being deadline driven.
