Job description

The Social Media Executive is responsible for daily content scheduling, audience interaction, and platform management across all social media channels. This role plays a key part in maintaining an active online presence, fostering engagement, and ensuring timely delivery of content in alignment with ongoing campaigns and brand messaging.

Job Responsibilities

  • Content Scheduling & Publishing
  • Post daily content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) according to the content calendar.
  • Coordinate with designers and videographers to ensure timely delivery of required visual assets.
  • Write engaging and brand-appropriate captions and hashtags in English and Arabic.

2. Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Escalate sensitive inquiries or customer service concerns to the sales department.
  • Engage with followers and relevant communities to build a positive brand presence.

3. Platform Monitoring & Insights

  • Provide regular performance reports to the Social Media Manager with observations and suggestions.
  • Stay up to date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates.

4. Campaign Support

  • Assist in the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content promotions.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas, seasonal campaigns, and new formats.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Requirements

Experience :

  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms, preferably in a brand or agency setting
  • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to tone and detail
  • Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and platform management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite)
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics
  • Creative mindset, team player, and highly organized
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
  • Consistency and timeliness of content posting
  • Engagement rate and follower growth
  • Response time and quality of community management
  • Contribution to campaign success and platform innovation
