Job summary

Landmark Auto S is seeking a skilled Social Media & E-commerce Manager to build and grow the group’s digital presence across Landmark, SpareMax and Benchmark Autocare. You will lead social media strategy, content creation and storefront optimization to boost online sales.

You will manage paid campaigns, monitor analytics, and collaborate with sales, IT and warehouses to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media and e-commerce management.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or marketplaces).
• Experience in automotive, spare parts, retail or trading is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Plan, create and schedule engaging content (graphics, reels, videos, copy) aligned with the brand.
• Manage and grow the company’s e-commerce store(s) and online marketplace listings.
• Optimise product listings, catalogues, pricing display and inventory sync for online sales.
• Run and monitor paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and track ROI.
• Analyse web/social analytics (traffic, conversion, engagement) and report performance to management.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and IT teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer experience.
• Handle online customer queries, reviews and community engagement professionally.
• Keep up with digital trends, competitor activity and SEO/SEM best practice.
