We're working with a standout creative agency known for bold thinking and culture-shaping campaigns in search of a Head of Social to elevate and lead their regional social media offering.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, culture, and innovation. We're looking for someone who blends strategic firepower with conceptual flair who can build brands through culturally resonant, social-first ideas and translate data into impact.

You'll be leading the charge on:

  • Building and defining best in class social strategies across platforms
  • Driving the creative expression of brands in the social space from always on to big campaigns
  • Partnering with creatives, strategists, and tech teams to push innovation (think VR/AR, AI, and platform native storytelling)
  • Mentoring teams, shaping client relationships, and evolving agency capabilities
  • Owning the agency's social product with a strong voice in pitches and thought leadership

? What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in creative or integrated agencies, with proven leadership on social-first campaigns
  • Deep experience in platform strategy across Meta, TikTok, Twitch, Discord, Weibo and more
  • A knack for turning complex business problems into bold creative ideas
  • A strong understanding of the Middle East cultural and digital landscape
  • Ability to lead teams, shape creative ideas, and pitch with confidence
  • A commercial mind, capable of spotting growth opportunities and building client trust
