Social Media Coordinator Arabic

We are currently recruiting Social Media Coordinator Arabic for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose:

1. Monitor trending topics and engage with relevant social media profiles.
2. Create bi-weekly or ad hoc reports on community sentiment and viral/negative content.
3. Respond to all comments and mentions within 3 hours of SLA.
4. Re-share user generated content daily.
5. Prepare weekly reports on industry and platform trends.
6. Publish and adapt content across channels per platform guidelines.
7. Coordinate with paid media agencies for content sharing.
8. Troubleshoot technical issues on social media platforms.
9. Draft weekly and monthly social media activity reports with key metrics.
10. Work with paid media agencies on campaign content reports.
11. Conduct social listening research as required.
12. Assist with logistics during shoots, including props and permits.
13. Film content for stories and posts & maintain a social media content archive.
14. Translate and adapt content from English to Arabic.
15. Collaborate on creating Arabic-first content.
16. Transcribe and translate videos for captions and subtitles.
