Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamicSocial Media & Content Specialistwho can own and grow our client’s brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategy—comfortable with content planning, basic graphic designing, video editing, and analytics. You’ll also contribute to shaping our content strategy and digital voice. Candidates with prior experience in thereal estate industrywill be given priority.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Design basic static graphics and short-form videos for social media posts (using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.)
• Edit and repurpose video content for reels, shorts, and stories
• Write engaging captions and optimize content with relevant hashtags and CTAs
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach
• Stay updated with trends and suggest creative campaign ideas
• Engage with the online community and respond to messages/comments when needed
• Collaborate with other teams (marketing, design, talent) to align messaging and promotions

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite (basic)
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and their respective algorithm trends
• Basic understanding of social media strategy and growth tactics
• Strong communication skills with a creative mindset
• Experience with paid ads or analytics tools
