Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator or in a similar role with a portfolio of work in real estate development
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop), Canva, and social scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite or Sprout
• Experience with mobile video production, lighting, audio capture, and editing apps like CapCut
• Strong copywriting ability tailored for digital audiences
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to draw insights from performance metrics
