Job summary

Robohub is seeking a Content Creator/Social Media Executive in Dubai to plan, create and publish engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more. You will design graphics, shoot and edit short-form videos on a smartphone, and ensure content remains on-brand and platform-appropriate.

Ideal candidates have a portfolio of reels and campaigns, strong visual storytelling skills, and a proactive, creative mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media executive, or similar role.
• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling with a portfolio of reels, graphics, campaigns.
• Proficient in mobile video recording and editing on a smartphone.
• Skilled in Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Creative thinker who initiates ideas without waiting for direction.
• Good understanding of social media trends and content performance.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Design graphics banners and visual assets for social media campaigns and marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe
• Record shoot and edit short-form videos and reels using a smartphone keeping content polished on-brand and platform-appropriate
• Consistently bring fresh creative ideas for campaigns trends and content formats that capture attention and drive engagement
• Stay up to date with social media trends platform algorithm changes and competitor activity to keep content relevant and timely
• Monitor content performance (reach engagement views) and use insights to improve future content
• Coordinate with the sales and technical team to create product-focused content demos and promotional material

Requirements

• Proven experience as a content creator social media executive or similar role
• Strong eye for design and visual storytelling with a portfolio of previous work (reels graphics campaigns)
• Proficient in mobile video recording and editing comfortable shooting and producing quality content using a smartphone
• Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva Adobe Express Photoshop or similar
