With in-house content production and a growing international audience, they are on a mission to make expert care more accessible—and more visible—than ever before. ________________________________________ Role Overview: They are looking for a Social Media Brand Manager to lead the charge in telling their brand’s story across digital platforms. From managing their growing content library to turning patient journeys into compelling social campaigns, you’ll play a key role in shaping their global online presence and attracting new patients from across the globe. This role is ideal for someone who’s strategic, highly creative, and fluent in video-first content—especially for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube. ________________________________________ Your Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy that supports brand growth and medical tourism initiatives. • Manage daily content publishing across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Work closely with the in-house video production team to plan, optimize, and repurpose video content for maximum engagement and reach. • Highlight patient success stories, procedure insights, staff profiles, and travel experiences through engaging visual storytelling. • Drive international engagement and brand awareness by tailoring content for various cultural and regional audiences. • Monitor trends in the aesthetic, wellness, and travel industries to keep content fresh and relevant. • Engage with followers across channels, build trust through timely responses, and foster a community of brand advocates. • Track performance data and provide regular insights to guide content strategy and ROI. • Support influencer campaigns, testimonials, and collaborative partnerships aligned with our global growth. ________________________________________

What You Bring: • 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, brand marketing, or digital communications—preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or travel. • Strong background in creating and managing video-led content for social platforms. • Understanding of international marketing and audience targeting for medical tourism. • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to tone, voice, and brand consistency. • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Metricool, Sprout). • Creative flair and an eye for aesthetics, trends, and visual storytelling. • Collaborative, self-starting mindset with the ability to work across teams and time zones. ________________________________________ Bonus Points: • Experience working with video producers or editing short-form video yourself. • Previous experience in medical tourism, health travel, or international healthcare marketing. • Multilingual abilities or experience creating localized content for global audiences. • Familiarity with SEO and YouTube strategy is a big plus. ________________________________________ Ready to help people across the globe discover life-changing care?
