• Campaign Development & Execution: Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google platforms to boost visibility and engagement.
• Creative Development: Collaborate with the production team to design visually captivating and engaging ad creatives that leave a lasting impression on the audience.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Use tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to monitor, track, and optimize campaign performance. Regularly adjust campaigns for the best outcomes.
• Campaign Planning: Devise and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap, ensuring continuous progress towards campaign goals.
• Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in meta ads, and integrate new tactics to distinguish campaigns from competitors.
• Budget Allocation: Manage monthly budgets for overall campaigns and ensure optimal distribution of resources.
• Collaboration with Production Team: Work closely with videographers and photographers to enhance visual content and ensure high-quality campaign materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook and Google advertisements.

• Driving License: Possession of a UAE Driving License and own transport is a plus.
