Job Description:

A Social Media Manager & Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing the company's interactions with the public by implementing content strategies across social media platforms.

The duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handling all activities on all social media platforms:
    1. Website
    2. Instagram
    3. Twitter
    4. LinkedIn
  2. Creating monthly calendars and marketing plans including advertisement campaigns for 1st-jobs.com platforms.
  3. Developing, editing, and customizing the company website.
  4. Creating graphic designs, animations, and reels for content.
  5. Content writing/copywriting for content and blogs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Marketing degree or digital marketing diploma.
  • Experience in a marketing position or similar position for more than 3 years.
  • Experience in the recruitment/HR sector is a plus.
  • Writing and well-spoken in English and Arabic.
