We are currently seeking an innovative and experienced Social Media Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, a passion for aviation, and a deep understanding of the luxury travel market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s objectives and target audience.
- Manage and maintain the company’s presence across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including images, videos, and text, that resonates with the luxury travel market and showcases the JetFinder brand.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns, inform strategy adjustments, and improve overall performance.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive brand image, and addressing customer concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to maintain a fresh and relevant social media presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and content teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule and timely promotion of company events and news.
- Assist in other digital marketing initiatives as needed, such as email marketing, blog content, or influencer partnerships.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the aviation or luxury travel industry.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising platforms and best practices.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing software, is an asset.
