Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Marketing Manager – Social & Digital to lead the company’s social and digital presence across five accounts and the group’s websites. You will define audience, tone, content pillars, and platform priorities, ensuring coherence across the portfolio.

You will own the day-to-day management of the agency and in-house teams, set creative standards, oversee paid media budgets, and stay ahead of platform changes, with GCC bilingual audiences experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
• Certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics or TikTok Marketing Science preferred.
• 7–10 years in social and digital marketing with team and agency management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and growing talent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple social accounts and paid media budgets, with GCC/bilingual familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop social strategy across five accounts and the portfolio with audience, tone and content pillars.
• Recommend annual social plan, channel mix and content volume for approval.
• Set creative direction and platform-native standards for output.
• Manage accounts at different lifecycle stages and ensure quality across all work.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and bring new formats to market.
• Act as quality gate for agency and in-house output and maintain briefs.
• Own day-to-day management and leadership of the appointed agency across all accounts.
