About the Role
As the Social Content Creator for BALR., you'll be at the creative crossroads of fashion, sport, culture, storytelling, and digital marketing. You'll help craft the next era of BALR.’s visual voice across platforms as the brand undergoes its SS 2026 transformation.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a dynamic social content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.) that amplifies BALR.’s relaunch narrative.
- Create on-brand content - photos, reels, stories, short videos, textual copy - that fuses BALR.’s legacy with Sumwon’s renewed vision for SS 2026.
- Hype the acquisition narrative - celebrate the new backing by Sumwon Studios and frame the launch as the dawn of an exciting new era.
- Generate buzz around the SS 2026 relaunch - tease with imagery, countdowns, behind‑the‑scenes, athlete and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, marketing, and PR teams to align content with overarching relaunch strategies.
- Monitor and interpret social performance analytics - engage with community feedback, iterate on campaigns, and highlight emerging stories.
- Stay ahead of fashion, sports, and digital trends - identify creative opportunities to innovate.
- Explore and test emerging content formats (like shoppable content, livestreams, or UGC activations).
What you’ll bring
- 2–4 years of experience in social content creation, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or sports brands.
- Exceptional visual storytelling skills - capable of creating engaging content across video, photo, and written mediums.
- Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and their evolving trends.
- Excellent copy skills - concise, impactful, brand‑aligned writing.
- A knack for trendspotting, cultural insights, and digital innovation.
- Experience in campaign timing/teasing strategies, especially around brand launches or rebrands.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, or native dashboards.
- Team‑oriented, fast‑paced, proactive, with an appetite for bold, creative risk-taking.
