Viola Communications in Abu Dhabi seeks an Account Manager to nurture day-to-day client relationships, ensure smooth delivery of campaigns, and coordinate agency resources to meet client objectives. This role connects clients with internal teams, translating needs into actionable strategies and driving campaign execution.

You will oversee social media planning across brands, develop content plans, briefs, and timelines, monitor campaigns, and prepare insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Liberal Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in advertising, including at least 1 year in a client servicing role.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience within the UAE market.
• Proven multi-sector expertise, with strong preference for public sector accounts.
• Previous experience in multinational or regional agency environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication.
• Support the planning and execution of social media strategies and campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands.
• Coordinate with clients to develop content plans, campaign timelines, and social media calendars.
• Translate client briefs into clear, social-first creative briefs for internal creative and strategy teams.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality social content on time and to brief.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations for clients.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and quality standards.
• Contribute innovative ideas for social campaigns, activations, and new business pitches while staying up to date with the latest social media trends.
• Support project budgeting, approvals, and campaign administration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
