Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island, under Wynn Resorts, seeks a SOC Operator – Wynn Oasis Security to join the resort's security team in the UAE. You will greet guests, monitor surveillance, and respond to incidents following SOC protocols.

You will document all activity and coordinate with internal and external agencies to maintain safety. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a security certification, at least 2 years in advanced SOC, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification in security systems or SOC operations.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in advanced SOC.
• Preferred: 1 year experience in luxury hotel security operations.
• Good written and verbal skills in English.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and calmness under pressure.
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and external agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and staff with professionalism and positive energy.
• Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance feeds.
• Respond to security alerts following SOC protocols.
• Document incidents accurately in SOC logs and reporting tools.
• Analyze security events to identify patterns and risks.
• Coordinate with internal security teams and external agencies.
• Maintain readiness of SOC systems and report issues.
• Support SOC policies, procedures, and drills.
