The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, and threat management, particularly within the Saudi market. The role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to guide a team of analysts and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SOC analysts and cybersecurity professionals.
• Monitor security alerts and coordinate incident response activities.
• Ensure timely investigation and resolution of security incidents.
• Maintain SOC procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Communicate with clients/stakeholders, particularly in the Saudi region.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a SOC leadership role.
• Strong exposure to the Saudi cybersecurity landscape (clients, regulations, or on-ground projects).
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, threat intelligence platforms, and incident response frameworks.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CEH are a plus.
