We are the team of the international IT recruitment agency Lucky Hunter, and we are looking for a creative, self-motivated, result-oriented and experienced SMM Manager who will help us reach new heights of publicity and capture the international IT recruiting markets.

We are developing rapidly: providing proper motivation and diligence, each of our employees can get a promotion, we only encourage this approach. Our team consists of a PR Manager, a Content Manager and a Designer. The only missing puzzle is you - a great and motivated SMM specialist!

What you’ll do:

• Build a strategy to develop our social media channels, especially - Twitter, LinkedIn and Telegram. It is crucial to be passionate about these networks as 70% of your time will be dedicated to these platforms.
• Generate, edit, publish and share content (especially engaging one) on our other social media accounts. Besides Twitter, LinkedIn, and Telegram we also have accounts on Facebook, VK, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit.
• Facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions;
• Communicate with followers, and respond to queries;
• Build a strong community around our Lucky Hunter brand. Create content and communicate with followers on Meetups, Xing etc. (we are always open to new ideas)
• Search for influencers in our industry, and create strong partnerships with them;
• Conduct social media research, learn more about our competitors, clients and potential partners, find relevant queries and comments, reply to them, and involve the audience in discussions;
• Participate in regular brainstorming: we really need fresh and original ideas for company development.
• Together with the Marketing department, develop and implement the company's content strategy;
• Look for new channels to promote our company.

What we expect from you:

• Work experience as an SMM Manager for at least 1 year;
• Desire to develop in the IT field;
• Willingness to work predominantly with business social media platforms, understanding that Instagram and other “entertaining” social media won’t be important ones in your job. That is why you should love working with business platforms and business audiences and be really interested in communicating with “tech” people;
• Passion for diverse tasks and the ability to be flexible;
• Literacy, creativity, accuracy, attention to detail (and other must-have soft skills);
• MANDATORY knowledge of English at a high level (at least Upper-Intermediate)
