Job summary

Sukoon Workplace Savings Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Client Relationship Manager to service and retain SME accounts, acting as the primary contact for clients and intermediaries. You will ensure seamless customer experiences, timely policy servicing, and effective issue resolution to achieve retention and premium growth goals.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, accurate CRM data, and collaboration with underwriting and operations to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of experience in client servicing or relationship/account management.
• Certificate in Insurance (CII) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual English & Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship contact for SME clients and intermediaries.
• Manage policy servicing including endorsements, renewals, amendments, certificates, and documentation.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, claims, and finance teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Respond to client and intermediary queries within agreed service levels and escalate as needed.
• Support renewal planning, retention targets, and cross-sell opportunities.
