Job Overview
As a Smart Home Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting the right products, and offering complete smart home solutions. Your role will combine technical knowledge with persuasive salesmanship, while also ensuring a high standard of service and relationship-building. This is a customer-facing, results-driven role ideal for individuals excited by the future of smart living.

Key Responsibilities
**Sales & Customer Engagement**

* Present and sell smart home products and solutions to customers in-store, online, and through field visits
* Engage with leads to understand needs and provide customized, value-driven solutions
* Conduct live product demonstrations and clearly communicate benefits of connected technologies

**Product Expertise**

* Stay up-to-date with the latest smart home trends, launches, and market innovations
* Educate customers on the features and functionality of devices such as smart lighting, thermostats, surveillance systems, and voice assistants
* Provide clear technical guidance during the purchase decision-making process

**Sales Strategy & Performance**

* Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed individual sales targets
* Monitor competitor offerings and identify opportunities to strengthen Sharaf DG s smart home portfolio
* Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback

**Operational & Administrative Tasks**

* Maintain accurate records in the customer database and CRM
* Prepare quotes, contracts, and necessary documents for order processing
* Follow up with leads and assist in resolving any post-sales concerns or complaints

Job Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience in smart home technology, consumer electronics, or related industry
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Quick learner with the ability to explain complex technology in simple terms
* Self-motivated, professional, and organized
* Valid UAE driving license and access to personal transportation
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evening events, as needed
