About the role

Join us in shaping the future of digital education payments with Skiply, a dynamic platform at the forefront of fintech innovation. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding, integration, and operational excellence for our partner schools and stakeholders. The role reports directly to the Vice President - Skiply Program. You will work in a matrix environment, partnering closely with cross-functional squads including Product, Technology, Sales, Portfolio Management, ERP Vendors, and Payment Gateway Teams to drive successful implementations and resolve operational challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  1. Lead end-to-end onboarding for new schools from documentation and training to account setup and Go-Live coordination.
  2. Manage payment gateway integrations and conduct system validations to ensure smooth transaction flows.
  3. Support daily operations by addressing school requests, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate reporting.
  4. Conduct production testing for new features and releases, validating configurations across environments.
  5. Act as the primary liaison for ERP vendors, overseeing sandbox testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
  6. Maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including performance metrics and implementation status.
  7. Support UAT cycles, feedback collection, and post-deployment verifications.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-7 years in digital payments, fintech, or banking, with a strong focus on business support, implementation, and operations.
  • Hands-on coordination with technology teams, payment gateways, and external vendors to ensure seamless solution delivery.
