Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical skincare training on formulations, active ingredients, and application techniques for diverse audiences.

You will translate complex science into clear guidance for sales teams, estheticians, and consumers; conduct hands-on workshops and virtual sessions; and create comprehensive materials while ensuring brand accuracy.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Dermatology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in skincare or beauty industry, focused on training.
• Proven expertise in skincare formulation and ingredient science.
• Esthetics certification or related qualification is preferred.

Advanced degree (B.S./M.S.) in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Dermatology, or a related scientific field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the skincare or beauty industry, with a focus on technical training or education.

Proven expertise in skincare formulation, ingredient science, and understanding of dermatological principles.

Certification in esthetics or a related beauty professional qualification is highly preferred.
