Job summary

UNDP is seeking two Skills Coordination Interns to support the Knowledge Project in Dubai, UAE. Based in the Dubai office, interns will help respond to learner inquiries, manage the learning platform, and support partner engagement as part of the Future Skills Academy.

The internship lasts six months, is full-time, and requires fluency in Arabic and English, plus a background in development studies or related fields.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in a postgraduate degree or in final year of a bachelor’s degree.
• Have relevant experience or interest in supporting educational initiatives.
• Experience with online learning platforms/MOOCs like Coursera.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Support learners via project email and other channels in Arabic and English.
• Assist with learning platform enrollment, access, and progress tracking.
• Support partner engagement activities and data collection.
• Prepare data/content for reports and presentations.
