Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Mason in Abu Dhabi to construct and repair structures using brick, stone, and concrete. You will work independently or in a team to lay foundations, cut materials, mix mortar, and finish surfaces to a high standard.

Proficiency in English is required, and accommodation is provided with a competitive monthly salary of 1,600 USD. Pakistani nationals are noted in the posting as eligible, and prior construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions.
• Good physical stamina and strength for lifting heavy materials.
• Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Knowledge of different types of building materials and their properties.

Responsibilities

• Lay out patterns or foundations according to blueprints or instructions.
• Measure and cut materials to desired specifications.
• Mix mortar and spread it onto surfaces using hand or power tools.
• Align structures using plumb line or other equipment.
• Repair, maintain, and replace damaged bricks or stones.
• Clean and polish surfaces for a finished appearance.
