Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking a skilled Carpenter for a contract position in Dubai. You will construct, install, and repair wood structures, interpreting blueprints, measuring precisely, and assembling components with hand and power tools.

You must have own visa and be willing to work overtime as needed. Responsibilities include reading plans, marking cut lines, cutting materials, installing frames, inspecting finished work, and ensuring safety while using tools in a dynamic international team

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 3 years).
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings.
• Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and methods.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and materials needed.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or marking gauges.
• Cut or shape materials to specified measurements using hand or power tools.
• Assemble structures by nailing, screwing or gluing components together.
• Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings etc.
• Inspect structures to ensure they are properly built according to specifications.
• Repair existing structures by replacing damaged parts or making necessary adjustments.
• Follow safety procedures at all times while working with power tools and equipment.

Skilled Carpenter - Contract Position in Dubai. We are in need of a skilled Carpenter to join our team for a contract position in Dubai. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and other materials. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling structures using hand and power tools.
