Job summary

Want More is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will construct and install wooden structures and furniture, measure and cut materials precisely, and assemble pieces per specifications. You will work with power tools and hand tools to ensure quality workmanship.

The role is full-time in El-Ain, with a salary of 1100 AED per month. Candidates who are foreign nationals are welcome to apply for this position.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a carpenter.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry techniques.
• Familiarity with power tools like saws and drills.
• Ability to read diagrams or blueprints.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Construct and install wooden structures and furniture such as shelves, windows, doors, and cabinets.
• Measure and cut materials to size using rulers or tapes.
• Join materials with nails, screws or fasteners.
• Assemble furniture according to instructions.
• Install wooden frameworks in walls and floors.
• Repair furniture when needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools used in carpentry.
