Job Title: Senior Application Support Engineer (Arabicpreferred)

Location: Onsite-Abu Dhabi.

Duration: 1-year extendable contract

Job Overview:

Provide expert-level support by executing advanced troubleshooting and collaborating with cross-functional teams, to implement impactful solutions, optimizing application support, and ensuring system stability with minimal downtime for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution within SLAs.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance and system health.
  • Maintain and enhance support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
  • Support system upgrades, configurations, and automation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory standards.
  • Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to junior team members.

Technical Skills:

  • Application architecture, performance tuning, and diagnostics.
  • Scripting and automation tools.
  • System monitoring and backup operations.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
