Job Description

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project timelines.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and effective communication on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Train and mentor junior staff and laborers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Monitor inventory and equipment usage, ensuring that resources are available and utilized efficiently.
• Assist in budgeting and cost management, identifying areas for potential savings while maintaining quality.
• Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on site progress and challenges.
• Enforce compliance with local building codes and company policies, addressing non-compliance issues swiftly.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in residential or commercial construction projects is highly desirable.
