Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking a qualified supervisory professional to oversee subcontractor personnel, manage safety protocols, and ensure efficient operations on site. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required. This role demands effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant supervisory experience in a technical or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of site operations, safety regulations, and workforce coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily activities of subcontractor personnel to ensure quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Organize and manage all necessary Work and Access Permits, ensuring compliance with project and site-specific requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact with the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team. Ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed on site.
• Responsible for issuing site materials to teams and maintaining accurate usage records to avoid wastage or shortages.
• Coordinate between site teams, management, and clients to ensure clear communication. Submit regular progress updates and escalate any issues as needed.

Skills
