Position Overview

The Kitchen & Closet Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all site activities related to the installation of kitchens, wardrobes, and closets. The role ensures that projects are executed according to approved designs, quality standards, safety regulations, and within the set timelines. This position serves as the link between the project team, contractors, and clients to guarantee smooth execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for kitchen and closet installations.
• Review and interpret project drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• Ensure work is carried out in line with approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors, installers, and laborers on-site.
• Inspect delivered materials and ensure proper storage, handling, and usage.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients regarding progress, variations, and site requirements.
• Track project timelines, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met.
• Maintain accurate site reports, daily logs, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote safe work practices.
• Conduct final inspections and handover to clients with quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in kitchen, wardrobe, or joinery projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of carpentry, joinery, and interior fit-out works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting tools.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality regulations.
