Job summary

A leading company is seeking a supervisor for civil and painting works in Dubai. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring quality through site inspections, and coordinating labor for multiple projects. Candidates should possess a Diploma or ITI in Civil/Painting works with 7-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Middle East.

Allocate work to labour and ensure proper surface prep & finish

Monitor material use and request timely supplies

Ensure work is completed as per drawing/specification

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil/Painting works
  

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience.

• Experience in wall finishing, emulsion, epoxy & decorative paint
  

• Strong team coordination and ability to handle multiple sites
  

• Middle East experience is a must
