Site Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project plans and safety compliance.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
3. Enforce safety protocols as per UAE regulations.
4. Supervise workers, subcontractors, and resolve conflicts.
5. Maintain progress records and submit reports.
6. Manage materials, equipment, and manpower, ensuring proper inventory.
7. Inspect work quality and resolve issues with materials and workmanship.
8. Identify and solve site-related problems efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience as a Site Supervisor; UAE experience is mandatory.
2. Knowledge of construction procedures and safety regulations.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
