Role Overview

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of site workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Enforce safety procedures and site regulations at all times.
• Review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily work reports and materials usage.
• Facilitate clear communication between project managers, engineers, and the onsite workforce.
• Identify and resolve onsite issues or conflicts promptly.
