Site Supervision Architects

AE7 is seeking an experienced and versatile Site Supervision Architect to oversee high-rise and supertall projects.

Work Location: Dubai

Qualities and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Minimum 8 years postgraduate experience, with a strong background in high-rise projects up to G+12.
• Expertise in façade design principles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple packages simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to resolve discrepancies and conflicts with other disciplines.
• Familiarity with LEED certification and sustainable design principles is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of local construction techniques, regulations, and codes.
• Basic knowledge of BIM 360.
• Must have consultancy background in UAE, preferably Dubai.
