Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Certificates in construction safety or project/site management are advantageous.
• Experience in supervising field teams and subcontractors is typical for this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and progress according to project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, supervisors, workers, equipment and site resources.
• Monitor construction progress and address schedule or execution issues.
• Enforce site safety procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Inspect completed work for quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain site records and provide progress updates.
• Support resolution of technical and site-related issues to minimize delays.
