Job summary

Sisco is seeking Site Supervisors to oversee on-site operations in Dubai, UAE, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of construction activities. You will coordinate subcontractors and labor, communicating between project management and field teams to maintain project momentum.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of hands-on site supervision experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. A valid passport and visa eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally in the Middle East or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA/HSE safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Solid leadership, team coordination, and time-management skills.
• Passport valid at least 6 months and visa eligibility.

In this role, you will act as the vital link between project management and ground-level execution. You will be responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards, and coordinating subcontractors and labor forces to keep projects on schedule. Candidates must demonstrate 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
