Job description

• Responsible for service, maintenance and installation of small and medium sized commercial and industrial water treatment plants such as R.O, DM, STP, Filtration, Softeners, Clarifiers etc.
• Surveying and sub mitting report of the actual/as built site condition with recommendation to sales team prior to bidding.
• Preparation of Method statement, checklist, TRA for installation, Testing & Commissioning.
• Coordination with the engineering team for the BOQ requirement and material supply for the site.
• Planning, scheduling and Monitoring the labour force at the site.
• Get the plant installed and commissioned at the site as per the specified quality standards, time frame and budget.
• Coordinating and updating the client on the progress of the installation and trouble shoot on his queries.
• Trouble shooting and servicing of mechanical equipment such as pumps, compressors, agitators, degassers, clarifiers, etc
• Electrical Engineers should trouble shoot on Control panel. MCC panel, DB panel, PLC panel, cabling and termination etc. Also troubleshoot on various process instruments
• Generating monthly O&M, AMC Services report, monthly production & chemical consumption report and water analysis report.
• Troubleshooting operational and process quality problems in the following areas:- cooling water treatment, boiler water treatment, process water treatment, chilled water, wastewater, domestic water, swimming pool water, etc.
• Ensuring proper adherence to the Company HSE policy and the laws of the Country.

Preferred candidate profile

Applicants should be aged around 26 years with a degree / diploma in mechanical / electrical engineering and 2 to 5 years experience in servicing of water treatment equipment such as R.O. D.M and STP plants and other related water treatment equipment.
